Finally, this paper, in OrCAD complete circuit under software environment, with SMIC 0.18 um simulation model. Specific include static simulation, each node of the offset voltages and various branch of bias currents, to ensure proper working, The transient simulation and verification of small signal voltage gain power of the circuit to estimate, Frequency scanning simulation, test and inspection, the index of bandwidth.
