Welcome to New Zealand. First, please allowme to give you a brief introduction about this country.
New Zealand is located in Oceania, which isat the south part of the earth. New Zealand have been a very popular tourdestination for years, and the mystery of Maoridom have been a greatattraction.
Oringinal Maori live in tribes, and part oftheir cultur continues. If you’re lucky, you would probably have a chance tosee the Maori war dance – HAKA. One special thing about that dance is the fiercingway they deliver it. Maori are very good at handcrafts, their wood carvingshave a very long history.
If you’re going to a tribe, the Maori willprobably give you a welcome ceremony. Please remember to treat it seriously,cause it’s a very import tradition for them. And of course, they are very politif you do nothing to affend them.
As natives of other country, some Maori arealso citizenised here. A lot Maori live with local residents, but they stillkeep their troditions like tatoo and music. And they still value their familiesthe most.
