Dear lucy,
What you said is common with some middle school students. Here is my advice.
Firstly,you could make more friends so that you could communicate with them more than before.
my second point is that you could ask your friends and classmates if you are in trouble.They may understand what you did or said because of your similar age.
Finally,you could ask for your teachers and parents because they have a lot of experence at something trouble you may get into.
Hope you can get out of your trouble soon.

Also, you can ask your classmates or friends for help, because you are at the same age and it's easy for you to understand each. Then ,maybe you can ask the teachers and your parents for help,too. Because they are full of love and experience about life. In other ways, you can write to a pen pal and tell him or her about your problems, I'm sure he or she will help you . Don't worry about it!
