And I'm ont talking about Johannesburg or Cape Towm

I stay in a place that is a farm country
我呆的地方是一个农庄乡村
Big big open land and big big open skies
一望无垠的大地 和 辽阔的蓝天
The place that i stay is a traditional Afircan hut
我住在一个当地很传统的非洲草棚里
Inside is very comfortable ,but no electricity
住在里面很舒服 但是没有电、
So... The challenge there is try to learn how to live
所以 在这里的问题（挑战)就是努力学会生存
without the creature comforts you're used to
在没有衣食（尤指食物）的情况下
Like a PC ,like a TV ,like a cell phone
比如个人电脑 、电视机、手机...
It's really good for me because ,especially my lifestyle here （in HK) can be very spoiled sometimes.
其实对于我来说是很好的（锻炼） 因为我的的生活方式对于这里来说 是很奢侈（水平有限）
everbody wants to give you the best things,you always have the best things
每个人都想给你最好的东西，你也总是得到最好的
But,can you live as a basic human being, Can you live without all that stuff
但是，你能在在没有任何物质的条件下生存下来吗
I think this kind of things push me or challenge me to expand my horizons
我认为这种事情能够催促我挑战自我，拓展视野，接受新鲜事物
Because the problem with being in the same place always in the same time is your world becomes smaller
因为问题在于 相同的地方相同的时间里 你的世界(交际范围）变得越来越小了
But what i do is as soon as i finish working on a movie or when i have time to relax or travel
我尽快的完成电影的拍摄 然后 当我有时间了我就会放松去 旅游
I'll go away in travel and try to go to somewhere new or some place different
我会去很远的地方旅行 并且去新的、不同的地方
and try to experience something I’d never experience in my home
尽力去体验那些我在家从来没有接触过的东西
And that's the main reason why i do it,to push my mind and try to challenge myself
那就是我主要的理由 来提升自己 挑战自己
to see the world in a different way
去看世界用不同的方式
ON ACTING
But really what it is ,is to just broaden your horizons and to look at the world in a wider perspective
其实实际上就是 扩展你的视野 并且 从远景看世界
I think acting give me the opportunity to explore that much more
我认为表演给我机会去更多的去探索这个世界
But what i really need to do when I'm not acting is to go out in the world and absord all that information
但是我真的需要做的则是当我不再是演员后 我会出去走走 并且吸收所有的信息
I keep them in my mind ,my library fo when I can use them again when i am acting
我把这些东西记在脑袋里，当我表演时候需要的时候我就重新的去利用这些东西
I think in my field ,in my business , you come acorss barriers and challenges everday
我认为在我的领域里，在我的工作, 你能跨越冲破阻碍并且去挑战每一天
and to be able to have the peace of mind
并且能够拥有内心的宁静
to camly look at the whole situation and learn how to make decisions off that is the most importan
去平静下来看整个事件并且学会怎样做决定是最重要的
I think nowadays it's very hard for people to be in the moment
我认为现在对于人们来说 是非常困难的
You're always thinking what i got to do next,what happened yesterday
你现在经常想等下怎么做，昨天发生了什么事情
but what's happening in front fo you
但是（没有考虑）你现在面对的事情
are you enjoying that moment in front of you that's the most important thing
你喜欢（享受）现在你做的事情 才是现阶段最重要的
And that's what we try to do in acting

It's not necessary about going to a certain place or arriving at a certain goal in life
其实不是很有必要去一个明确的地方 或者是 在生活中有一个明确的目标
The important thing is about what you learn along that way in that journey
重要的是在这个过程中你学到了哪些
And to always keep your mind open about what you see before you get to the destination
并且 始终保持开放的心态直到 抵达目的地
Becaust your destination may not be important
也许你的目标不是很重要
it's about the experience along the way and how it enriches you as a human being
就是关于在这些过程中累积了多少经验
So whether it's traveling or whether it's your life in general,to always remember to "small the roses"
所以不论你的旅行或者是生活怎样普通 ，始终记住“samll the roses"(不清楚）
to appreciate what's happening around you not just focusing on just the end or just the goal
去感谢那些发生在你周围的事情而不是聚焦在你最终的目标
Life will make its turns and you just have to learn to go with the flow
生活是周而复始的 学会怎么去生活
and learn how to be ready for that, for every moment that changes in front of you
学会提前准备 在所有的挑战面前 准备好

现在我经常去的一个地方是南非，我不是说什么约翰尼斯堡和布雷顿角岛。我经常会呆在一个乡村农场，那里有广阔的土地和天空，我住在传统的非洲小屋里，里面很舒服，但没有电。在那里的困难就是试着在没有电脑、电视、手机等物质享受条件下如何生活。对于我在香港安逸的生活，这无疑是很好的。所有的人都想给你最好的，而我也一直拥有这些东西，但是你能以原始人的状态生活吗，在没有任何的物质条件下？我认为这些东西推使着我去开阔视野。问题的关键在于如果你长期呆在同一地方，你的世界会越来越小。一当我拍完电影有时间出去放松旅行的时候，我就会去些新的地方，去体验些从来没有过的新鲜事物，这也是我为什么开阔自己思维和用全新的方式看待这个世界，挑战自己的主要原因。
（关于演戏）其实它就是去开阔你的视野，用更宽广的角度看世界，而且我认为演戏可以让你的视野拓展的更宽。不演戏时我最需要做的就是去外面的世界吸收所有的信息，把他们存在脑海里，演戏时再用。在娱乐圈和生意场上每天都会遇到困到和挑战，不能够以一颗平静的心去看待整体情况，不知道什么是最重要的东西。如今的人们很难进入这种状态，大家满脑子都是昨天发生了什么，明天我要做什么，其实你眼前所发生的，你是否享受眼前的才是最重要，演戏时我就是这么试着去做的。
（关于生活）能否到达目的地或者能否完成生活中的某个目标不是最重要的，重要的是在过程中所学到的东西。到达目的地前，开拓你的思维去观赏过程中的风景。目的地不重要，重要的是过程中的体验和如何实现个人的丰富，所以无论旅行还是平时生活中，一定要记住去欣赏路旁的风景，去欣然接受身边所发生的而不仅仅是关注结果和目标。生活不会一成不变，你得学着跟随生活的脚步，学着为眼前每个可能的挑战做好准备。对于我来说，真正的挑
