因为楼主你使用的是32位的操作系统，32位的操作系统理论上最大支持4G内存，但是根据硬件内存地址寻址能力不同，可用内存大概会在3.25G-3.75G之间，多余的部分操作系统可以识别到，但是无法被操作系统调用，被闲置起来了，

而在32位操作系统，单个程序能够使用的内存最大值为2GB，

所以楼主你如果要使用3G以上内存请安装64位操作系统，以下是各个WINDOWS版本可调用内存大小的参考值：
