Therefore, it is necessary to find out quickly and accurately detect vehicle braking performance of methods and tools. Design calculating through mechanical drive, choose to test main spare parts such as an electrical machinery, decelerator,etc., put forward and choose to test a cylinder surface material method, calculate the size of the cylinder. Finally, in design finish, through analyze strength and curved calculation of torsion, having checked the roller spindle, the chain plate while transmitting to the chain, through the analysis that ansys has carried on the finite element.
