1.先移除slf4j的实现jar包。2.加入log4j的jar包：log4j.1.2.15.jar。3：从hibernate-distribution-3.3.2.GA-dist\hibernate-distribution-3.3.2.GA\project\etc中拷贝log4j.properties到src目录下。etc中有很多实例文件。
