android4.4什么时候出来的

4.4正式在商用机上装载是在2013年11月22号(这是其他厂商可以安装的时间，自己的儿子Nexus 5当然在10月的时候就已经预装了)，而且是通过OTA更新方法开发给其他厂商

但是第一款安装该系统的手机却是31 October 2013（2013年10月31号,就是Nexus 5开始预订的时间，这是首款安装该系统的手机）

要必要解释一下什么OTA方法，之前是通过开发源代码或者安装包的方式开放给其他厂商，但是4.4还是什么的时候新系统的推出就开始采用这种新的方式，当然也提供源代码或其他方式

问题就是你说的出来到底是什么意思？宣布推出？源代码推出？第一款手机推出？源代码的推出时间找不到，不过在2013年11月1号之前就已经开放源代码了
