Chinese enterprises staff performance appraisal methods
Abstract:
As China's summary of the business-to-staff of the importance of performance evaluation, the introduction of the universal use of a variety of foreign staff performance appraisal methods, although there has been some success, but overall the results are unsatisfactory. This paper analyzes the performance of staff in three typical ways that the Chinese enterprises is not satisfied with the implementation of the root causes and try to give a kind of Chinese enterprises for staff performance appraisal methods.
