Our understanding of this goal are: the learning of English must have access to English-speaking countries of the culture, know the culture of English-speaking countries in favor of the rich life experiences of students, expanding horizons, and help to promote itself to the English language to understand and use, there is conducive to better understanding of their Know the culture of understanding and to enhance awareness of the world, there is also conducive to the development of sensitivity to cultural differences of students, flexibility and critical attitude, which are cross-cultural communicative competence to form an important foundation.
